Summary: Absolutely recommend Pincots Cottage and host Sue.Sue's booking confirmations and communications were prompt and clear. The 3-brm house was perfect for our group. Magic setting with peaceful farm and rolling hills outlook, spacious rooms and modern facilities. Super close to Lake Karapiro and Domain/cafe. The home-made condiment treats were a delicious bonus. Will definitely consider staying again when future events are held in Karapiro. Many thanks Sue.
